Well considering that I booked at one hotel and ended up with a reservation in a completely different hotel, I can safely say that the wotif booking experience was positively rubbish. When I tried to contact wotif 3 x the next day whilst still attempting to get my work done, I had a similar result as the booking one. I booked at the Olsen in south Yarra and ended up in the PuntHill Apartments. Go figure. I won’t be falling for that again.

Be clear in the claims that are made. I have just been fooled into booking a “breakfast included” hotel which actually isn’t 100% true. I’m still supposed to pay for my kids separately. It could have been displayed “breakfast included for 2” but then you might not con customers :(((

I contacted Wotif to cancel a booking and I have not heard from them. I was booking accommodation in Morpeth NSW and somehow book a room in Bangkok and needed to cancel. I am afraid I have lost my money. If you get them to deal with this issue I would be grateful

Accommodation was listed as a retreat. It is actually a BnB. We requested refund and were refused (had not yet stayed at accommodation and cancelled within 12 hours of booking once it was apparent it was a BnB). We were long term Wotif customers but no refund even though falsely advertised.

I cancelled a booking and upgraded the deal. Wotif payment continued to take out multiple times until all my savings where nil. Not to mention no trip confirmed. Highly unhappy as staff on phone seemed not caring to offer anything other than sorry. Not to mention still don’t have any of my money back

The worst site I’ve come across. Absolutely zero transparency regarding booking, payment, service etc. I booked a motel, well I thought so, until I was sent an email stating I would be charged only if the motel had vaccancies. I was charged regardless and lost my money. No receipt, no confirmation nothing, not even the name of the company or motel. No information given whatso ever.
