The room was nice and clean but outside is disgusting with pigean poo and pigeons everywhere including where they bring food out. The food is pricef like a 4 star resraurant but the its a low budget pub go figure. The downstairs bar..my husband and i were threatened by some criminal Irish thug and other people where busy discussing heavy drugs and when reported the treat to some spindly boy who had left the bar and was busy on his Facebook out back, he didnt care at all..The check in guy was friendly but this place has gone to the birds and we will never ever be back

We are long time customers of Wotif. Recently completing a booking with the offer of a mystery discount – in our case 12% – there was no outlet to attach the code to our booking. We would have booked the same property directly for the same time, but felt left down by the discount offer that could not be obtained.

The Itinerary No. on this email is wrong. When I tried to print a receipt online it kept telling me I had the wrong number. In desperation, I went to Wotif website and clicked on “I’ve lost my itinerary number” and I was emailed the number only to find it was a completely different number to the one on this email. However, I now have resolved this problem and have printed the receipt I required.

On the accommodation I booked it said reserve now pay later, it did not show that a deposit had to be paid, just had an option to pay in full or pay in full at the motel on my stay, so when the accommodation I am going to be at tried to take 200 dollars I was shocked and then was emailed stating if I didn’t pay the booking fee my accommodation would be terminated.

They could reply to my cancellation of this booking!! Need to cancel the dates and re-book. Attempted to cancel twice and no response.

Because the booking was confirmed yet it was not the hotel that I booked. When I rang the hotel they confirmed no booking.
