September 16, 2019An easier way of changing booking name. The hotel wouldnt let me check in as my wife had booked the hotel.- it was a tricky process, 2 hours delay and finally had to get someone from Wotif to ring the hotel- a reservation code should be sufficient.

You are thieves and I will never use you again and I will actively seek to tell anyone I can NOT to use wotif
I picked the option that allows me to change tickets/days/cancel and therefore have not yet paid. Who knows what the accommodation is like I haven’t been yet so it’s a bit ridiculous to have a review on somewhere I’ve yet to see.
Anyhow turns out Wotif made it two part booking meaning I’ll be possibly waiting for a room on the Sunday instead of in same room. Then I can’t change booking or cancel nor can I pay with cash. All a bit much really. I now have still got to pay money even though I’m not sure if I am staying there now.
Despite requesting it twice I have still not received email confirmation of my booking.
