The itinerary booked couldn’t be found again so I have NO idea which hotel I have reserved for me and two guests and that hotel has my credit card details. Phoning Wotif couldn’t resolve this problem

The lady I spoke to said she had contacted the hotel manager to see if I could cancel the booking but once pressed further it became clear that she didn’t actually speak to the manager. After a very long time the situation was eventually sorted with very little help from the WOTIF customer service representative. I was very unhappy with the situation and the process we had to go through.

Wotif provides an 8% discount code on the website. It then makes it really hard to apply the that code at the time of booking the property. It happened to me once before and I was able to cancel. This time I would have incurred a cancellation charge if I tried cancelling and re-booking to avail the discount. Why provide a discount code and them make it hard to avail the discount.

When I booked I am sure I booked for the correct date. When I arrived the date was for the following week. Won’t book again thru Wotif but will book direct.

Wotif is garbage , makes it almost impossible to get a tax invoice of the full amount paid , this day and age it should be instant and easy , absolute rubbish and i will be telling everyone never to book online again

The booking has been made and paid for but I am still waiting for the confirmation of flights. We have nothing to present at the airport!
