September 29, 2019Absolutely dreadful. I booked a room through you from emergency admissions at a hospital after a 2 hour dash for urgent attention too my husband. I arrived very tired at the venue you booked for me to find that not only was there no booking but that thete wete no available rooms. You did however manage to charge me for the non existant room. I was tired already upset 9.30 at nigjt. Thank goodnes for tbe extremely helpful and polite gentleman at the venue who phoned and arranged an alternate venu. I replied to your confirmation email on the day and have not received any response or refund
September 29, 2019The cabin I booked did not exist at the accommodation location. Had to book elsewhere. Very annoying and we were very lucky we could find somewhere else to stay on short notice
September 29, 2019Should be 0 stars but apparently you can’t do that. It was closed for renovations yet they still took my money and allowed me to book in 1 day beforehand. Found out when I arrived and it was all fenced off. Thankyou wot if for helping me out.
September 29, 2019Hotel did not receive confirmation of my payment. Hotel had a self check in kiosk screen. It required me to insert my credit card to get my room key. It charged me a second time and I have still not been refunded by the hotel.

September 29, 2019the booking system selected from the wrong date. i have gone back and found that you have to click a green button for the date change to confirm, or the date stays the same. now i have a booking for a date that is completely useless to me and apparently its not refundable or exchangeable. faulty UI cost me $160 bucks.
September 27, 2019I have had to check out early due to a cancelled job and i called wotif to see if they could help me out and i had no help.
The customer service operator said his name was ‘Sam’ but when i asked his real name he didn’t respond. He was very unprofessional and unhelpful.
I usually book my accommodation for worktrips across NSW through wotif and as of late i haven’t been overly happy with the service. Unless i could get honest help and feedback, i will not be using wotif to book anything, instead will go directly to the hotel.
Could i please get some information on if wotif could assist me with this?

September 25, 2019I booked on line and selected the hotel that was $258/night with a 50% discount (ie: $129). The hotel was definitely not what I expected. The room was small, I could hear the people in the rooms around me, the AC made a horrible whistling noise (got very little sleep). The pipes for the toilet ran across the ceiling so I could hear every time someone above me flushed. I feel this was false advertising. I caught the shuttle to the airport in the morning with a couple of others and they had the same sort of experience. Of the three of us, I paid the most for the room. Not a pleasant experience at all.
