October 3, 2019The prices should be the same whether I log directly into Wotif or via the comparison with other sites on Google. I ended up paying $10 more per night by going directly to the wotif site. That’s not Ok.
October 2, 2019I have not recieved a booking confirmation. And i can not get one direct from the hotel. Very poor customer experience when travelling overseas with limit connection
October 2, 2019booked through Wotif. No confirmation sent to email with address and details and tax invoice. Never use your site again and let my Comfort Inn accommodation know. I arrived in Townsville not knowing even if had a booking.

October 1, 2019It would be clean and more welcoming thy literally made us wait for almost 1 hour after we reached there their checkin time shows as 10am and wen i told them.ill be there by 12 they didnt evn respond and when i reached there by 2 since i startd late the room wasnt ready even then n then the lady n recptn says 12 is chekin time and its 10am on bookin site here and chekout is flexible timing not proper place stinked like anything very filty dirty place no parking at all
October 1, 2019Not very happy. Booked a room which never actually got booked but had money taken. Had to book the room again. Still waiting on the problem to be solved and a refund. Very unhappy. Wont be booking through here again!
October 1, 2019I sent an email early this morning as I need to cancel this booking as my partner is unable to travel as his knee operation has been brought forward and so far there has been no reply in 10 hours. don’t think this is good service
I would like this booking cancelled and the payment refunded as I have provided MORE than adequate notice.

September 30, 2019Very poor..arrived to find my room had been double booked..motel had contacted wotif but they had not in turn contacted us……poor , poor ,poor
September 30, 2019I saw a hotel for 2 nights totalling $411 on the wotif website and booked it. When I received the confirmation I noted that I had been charged $465.8. I immediately called and the person I spoke to said he could not see the deal for $411 so would not help me.
I went back online, again saw the same deal and also noted that there was a coupon code for a further 8% off for a price of $381.12. I went all the way to the payment section and took screen shots and emailed to customer support – again requesting a credit.
They responded the a few days later with “I received your email with the attachment but this is not the final payment page; hence I have replicated the booking and find the bit higher price of 423.30 AUD.”
Poor drills Wotif. Poor drills and you can be sure I wont be using your company again. Not even taking screen shots of the bookings was enough.
