Not at anytime in the booking for this date was I advised it was nonrefundable. Due ti unfirseen circumstances I have had to cancel within 24hrs of booking and 5 days before due date of booking… total rip 9ff and will never use again.

I have just spent an hour trying to cancel my booking online and the link that says “cancel your booking” will not work, respond or take me to a cancellation point., nor does the app I downloaded allow me to cancel.

Too keen to follow the procedural process ignoring unhappy customer experience. No apology until demanded for double booked experience took 24 hours to advice was a double booking and still waiting for the refund.

I spent hours trying to find the right accommodation finally did, I booked and paid in full only to be contacted the next day by the hotel directly to say that the apartment I booked was not available for a 1 night stay and has never been and I would need to cancel. Very disappointed that your site made no mention of that and further more allowed me to book it and pay for it. Not impressed, and still waiting for my money back

I mistakenly booked the wrong night recently. Realized my mistake straight away and tried to change the booking date. I was unable to cancel the booking and re-book, tried ringing the hotel, but as was foreign was unable to understand recorded message so sent 3 messages through the Wotif app to hotel and have still had no response in return. I know I made the mistake of booking the wrong night, but these mistakes happen and it shouldn’t be a harsh penalty of loosing your money especially when you have made every effort to get in contact with hotel and get no response!!

It was terrible. No understanding of the issue and I continued to receive the exact same email sent back to me with a different name at the bottom. I am done with Wotif and will be using a different service from now on, which is a shame, as I have used this service for years. Absolutely shocking customer service!
