I mistakenly booked the wrong night recently. Realized my mistake straight away and tried to change the booking date. I was unable to cancel the booking and re-book, tried ringing the hotel, but as was foreign was unable to understand recorded message so sent 3 messages through the Wotif app to hotel and have still had no response in return. I know I made the mistake of booking the wrong night, but these mistakes happen and it shouldn’t be a harsh penalty of loosing your money especially when you have made every effort to get in contact with hotel and get no response!!
