October 10, 2019I have made a booking but Wotif has not even sent me a confirmation letter or the booking schedules which is a bit worrying.

October 9, 2019So much time wasted on promotions that weren’t applicable to what I was after. They were either for restricted dates or not for hotels in the areas I was interested in.
October 8, 2019I booked hotel online from your website and in the system, I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 13 years old)…and then when I arrived at the Havana villas where I was supposed to stay from 5-7 Oct, the reception told me that I only booked for 2 adults and I had to pay for my 2 kids because the system did not say the ages of my 2 kids and they understood that my 2 kids were under 2 years old and then I was charged for extra $25/night for each kid.

October 8, 2019For a start, when someone (eg ME) books and RESERVES a room, don’t take the money out straight away. Your website is totally misleading in that regard. Pathetic business practice. If I had wanted to pay upfront I would have booked through another website. Thanks for nothing.
October 7, 2019I have used Wotif a few times to book my trips and have had no issues. This time when I have attempted to book in a trip I have had a number of issues. The funds were taken from my account for the accommodation and then reversed and then the flights funds were taken out and I have called the customer service line and spoke with an operator who advised that there is no booking. Qantas Australia now have $1300 pending from my account and I have no booking reference number or reservation with either Wotif or Qantas. This is really disappointing as I am out of pocket a large amount. As I work in customer service I understand that these things happen so I urge you to fix this and keep my thoughts of Wotif in high regard. If this isn’t fixed, I will recommend everyone I know to immediately cease using Wotif as there a many other apps I can recommend.
