October 19, 2019It’s a Rip Off! First access the price was $140 then next it went to $184 and I could not get back to the $140, but when I checked in the rooms were $140! I will NEVER again use Watif ly neither a’an’other of these.

October 17, 2019You charged me a $140 cancellation fee that the Motel was not charging us. So I will be doing it direct to the Motel from now on. I spoke with them so not happy.
October 16, 2019I have been trying to obtain a credit for a booking i made for the Brassey Hotel in Barton ACT ( Canberra ) on the 21st Aug for the 27th August but due to circumstances i had to cancel the booking, firstly through Wotif by email on the 23rd Aug,on your booking form then on the 26th the Brassey Hotel contacted me to confirm and I advised the clerk that I had cancelled the booking to which he replied that I would have to cancel with Wotif which I did. I received a reply from Wotif by email on the 28th Aug confirming the cancellation,I was also advised that I would have to obtain the credit of $169.00 directly from the Brassey Hotel.I again contacted the Hotel on the 10th and again today 16th to be informed that I would have to get approval from Wotif !!!!. the person i spoke to at the Hotel is Abbey. This a catch 22 situation which i find most frustrating.Please advise what course of action we can take to clear this situation as I do not want to get my Solicitor involved. I wanted the option of no breakfast on the 2nd morning as our flight leaves at 6.05am.
Does your site allow for breakfast one day and not the other? No.
I originally went to Trivago but they flicked me to you. That’s the last time for them.
I’ll bet the hotel doesn’t know who we are either.
I clicked onto a water view cabin to make the booking and believed I had booked the same. I suppose I am the idiot for not reading my booking but when you click on something and not another you would assume you were getting that but instead of a cabin you idiots had us in a safari tent. NEVER will I use Wotif again.
