October 27, 2019Booked this room last week by accident as I needed accommodation for my family last minute for the night and I got to the motel and went to check in and they said no were full and we called them 5 minutes after we had realised and they couldn’t change anything or give us our money back and were now stuck with accommodation for the 21st of November
October 27, 2019I searched for specific dates 9 to 11 October. Wotif offered a room and I accepted. When I arrived at the hotel I found that Wotif had randomly changed the dates to 23 to 25th October with no warning to me. This is not my fault, and no Wotif refuses a refund.

Deal placed the date on computer 10/10/2020 I paid it accepted my money and sent confirmation on wrong date wrong year 28th -29th October 2019 so I immediately rang the hotel to be advised I must have pressed those dates to which I replied I do all my orders online I am not that stupid I ordered the correct dates to which she replied you need to contact where you bought them and cancel I said no I won’t as they said no refund that is not the date I want she then told me the 28-29 oct 2019 is as far forward as their computer books and if I want the date I asked for I will have to pay $165.00 instead of special $106 I said I have $122 to my name and if that’s so you should not have let me purchase on computer at that price and give me other dates that’s your problem not mine so eventually she told me after I said I would go to bank and cancel transaction she stated she would not process my booking I hope that occurs or I will dispute in my bank for this is dishonest business dealing
October 24, 2019we booked for a few nights with wotif in bundaberg to find out from the caravan park that those dates are not available. I had to open a case to get a refund but due to this taking 4 days to get resolved all other accommodation in a 2 bedroom ocean view at bundaberg now costs about $300 more than what we paid to stay at the caravan park. This is now not in our budget but we have already booked other accommodation on the way up the coast line before we get to bundaberg. I’m extremely annoyed that wotif only gave me a refund and after i said i was not happy with the end result after the 4 day case they then offered me a $50 voucher. Even only with this voucher we still can not afford to stay where we want to in bundaberg. Not to mention we can not book any where for a few days until our refund goes back into our bank so this means more accommodation becoming unavailable in the next few days until we get our refund back. After letting the guy on the phone know that i was not happy with wotif he then hung up on me. After this experience with wotif and to only receive a $50 voucher i will be not using wotif again.
October 23, 2019I booked one night non refundable and wanted to change to 2 nights in the same resort but have missed out on deal now cause Wotif didn’t have enough staff working to see to my request. Back and forth between numerous parties and 48-72 hours later still not resolved and I have missed out on the room. Not happy

October 23, 2019Not very highly as I booked a return trip with one leg by JetStar and the other by qantas. I have received infro re the JetStar leg but nothing re the qantas leg.
October 23, 2019Despite what the web site says, TWO (2) “pending” charges for the booking I thought I made have appeared on my credit card, I have received NO booking confirmation, Wotif web site says I have 4 lists but when I try to access them I get the “Save your favourites” page, I don’t have a confirmation email for the booking and a search of the Itinerary Number produces nothing!
