I couldn’t find where to add the discount code and the ‘ free cancellation’ was actually still 15 day’s in advance to the booking and wasn’t clear

I cannot reconcile what they have charged to my credit card with the prices they’ve shown on the booking site and the cost summary. Also, I booked through Rabbitohs site to receive a Pathways jersey but cannot see where it’s been acknowledged that one will be sent to me.

Site didn’t state that dates 8,9,10th Nov.2019 on a hotel booking was not available to be booked. Instead it nominated the 6th.Nov.as a booking date. I then tried to correct the date to what I had requested but site refused. I then tried to cancel booking, site refused to acknowledge. I then rang the accommodation booked with and was told my dates unavailable and they couldn’t refund my credit card. After much trouble I have been informed my card will be refunded but it will take 10 days for it to go back into my account. Not happy and will not use Wotif again.

i tried to confirm the booking three times but everytime I had to reconfirm because the airline surcharge changed. very confusing

Really happy Initially, the lady said the would listen to the recording when I was told I would get full refunds
She said it would take 4 days it has now been over a month and the hotel took $300+ dollars out of my account for a booking I canceled within 20minutes of book it

I booked a room, then had to cancel well in advance only to be advised it was non refundable. After checking the website I realised the room was non refundable and according to Watif it was the motels policy, when I stayed at this motel at a later date I was advised by the owners it wasn’t their policy, it was Watif’s policy, and they would have given us a refund.
So moral to the story, I will never book through Watif again

When we went to check in we were told that there were no rooms available. Somehow wotif booked an already booked out room. We were left without a room and with our 11 month old son. Out was a terrible experience and I would never use wotif or the hotel again.

The price for the hotel you show on your site does NOT include taxes and services. You only find out when the book is completed. Several hundre dollars different

I booked one room for 4 nights and for some reason the booking has been made in two parts. No one can explain why and I know this will cause confusion when the traveler checkins to the hotel.
