Better and easier comunication lines with customers and when you say you are going to send an email for accomodation services make sure you send an email… Dont send an email hooked up to your app.. Especially whe. You do t email me the booking nunber to put into the app to get my booking info..
Was really bad that i couldnt get a hold of anyone to talk to….

Apparently my booking was cancelled. I was never notified and now have nowhere to stay and have to spend so much money on an additional flight home 12 hours after I arrived as there is no availability anywhere

After booking accommodation online I did not receive an email with either the tax receipt or itinerary. I called to clarify and, after 50min of discussion, wotif staff were unable to email an itinerary (despite them stating it was sent twice) and could only provide a manual tax receipt. The staff taking the call were doing their best to get me off the phone and did not want to resolve the multiple failures of their IT systems. Further more after 2 days the online system while listing the booking still cannot show an itinerary. Overall the worst experience I have had booking corporate travel.

Booked a hotel for Feb 4th 2020 only to find out that it was booked for Nov4th2019!,
Only knew of this when the hotel called to say they have charged me for the night because we didn’t turn up. Always, Always take a photo of your booking . I’m hoping they can clear this up. There was two of us doing this booking which we rechecked before submitting. I have spent an hour already on the phone to only find out “ the boss isn’t there”

I have been charged from WOTIF for a trip you had no record of, now I have been charged TWICE for the one package tour! BOTH WITHIN A WEEK! Extremely unhappy!
