Was offered an 8% discount but couldn’t find anywhere to receive it. Phoned Wotif who advised I would have to phone the motel. Wasn’t impressed at all.

You advertisement said”free buffet breakfast” in the price of the hotel room but when I got the confirmation it was not included.

Overpriced for the room. Shower was cold and the the water pressure was terrible. I advised staff on check out and although they apologized they seemed busy and didn’t really care. Would never go back.

Made a mistake with booking dates tried to rectify it online without success and then phoned Sydney and was put through to USA, very pleasant operator but when checking the new dates on my booking confirmation I noticed that they dates were prior to the day I was speaking to the Operator, dates already gone. The first error was obviously mine but trying to correct it online and speaking to the operator was so difficult. Decided to ring the Hotel direct which only took 5 minutes, they cancelled the original date and could not see the new dates as they were a week prior to my conversation with the operator. Will book with the Hotel directly next time and will not have to pay the cost of an overseas call if there is a problem, definitely won’t use the service again.

Fix the app so that it doesn’t overwrite your selected dates with incorrect ones. Allow a cancellation within 10 minutes with no penalty.

Why split a booking? with breakfast on one side and not on the other. good way to stay cheap? we have made our own arrangements

I was charged by the hotel after I had prepaid with Wotif! so it cost me twice to stay for one night something I have to spend my time sorting out. I later checked the charges and the hotel was cheaper. So going through Wotif cost me more money (even with the discount code) and the hotel charged me again even after I told them it was pre payed. I should have just showed up at the hotel.

Didn’t get a confirmation email. Unclear if the booking was successful. I had to call the hotel. Very uncomfortable giving Wotif my credit card details.

I booked anticipating s 20% discount that was offered but missed the spot to enter the code when I booked so it went straight to checkout & processing without applying it. I rang immediately I realised my mistake but your customer service would/could not apply the discount. Not good customer service I won’t be rushing to book with you again.
