I realise booking incorrect dates is the clients mistake. To be fair on the client, your website needs to give clear warning that the dates we are about to book ARE NOT the chosen dates. This would alleviate any bad reviews against wotif. I am very angry this happened to me. Will not use you again.

After sales service was appalling. Just kept getting fobbed of with identical emails when trying to make a change to a non refundable booking of one day after realising that I made an error.

Not good …after occurring a serious back injury could not get my money back. I talked with the hotel and if I booked directly with them they could of sorted it out. In conclusion book through the hotel directly and if I had it would also have been $20 cheaper

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD! I PURCHASED MY HUSBAND, 2 CHILDREN AND I A HOTEL ON SPECIAL OF $292.20, THEY GAVE ME NO BOOKING/CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM THEM TO MY EMAIL/MY MOBILE NUMBER! WHEN I GOT TO THE HOTEL THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT GET A ROOM AS WOTIF TOOK MY MONEY BUT DIDN’T CONTACT THE HOTEL AND BOOK US IN AS I THOUGHT, THEY ALSO CANCELLED MY BOOKING WITHOUT CONTACTING WHATSOEVER! WELL ALL THIS IS HAPPENING MY PARTNER AND KIDS ARE BOILING IN THE HOT CAR WELL THE CAR DECIDED TO OVERHEAT AO BAD THE FAN BELT MELTED AND BROKE! AS WELL AS THE BATTERY DIES! SO WE WAITED ALL MORNING SINCE 10-11 TILL WE HAD TO FINS SOMEONE TO PAY FOR OUR BOOKING TILL THESE GUYS REFUND ME WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS IS EVEN HAPPENING! IM SO UPSET! I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS SITE AGAIN AND.ILL STICK TO BOOKING.COM. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE SUED FOR THIS!!

We received an email that our hotel room was “confirmed with no need to ring and confirm”. We travelled to the gold coast only to have the hotel call at 3pm when we were on our way to book in to say the room was no longer available as the hotel was overbooked. We were on our way to the hotel and all of a sudden felt stranded. It totally sent us into a spiral. Luckily the receptionist at the original hotel found us somewhere at another hotel. Only problem was we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people and we could only get 2motel style rooms and the group was split. Not really a good outcome. Very disappointed as I have never had any problems with motif before but after this experience I doubt I would trust it again. It has been a really stressful day and not the way our weekend away was supposed to be. Would love to have someone from wotif call to discuss.

I tried to change my booking on line and could not find a link to modify booking. I rang the hotel and they couldn’t t help as it was not a direct booking
So I rang wotif to be told when I finally got through to a human that he was Having system problems and would call me back in 30 minutes. He did not call back and as a result I couldn’t change my booking and am out of pocket. Crap customer service and I would not recommend you in future
