I’m a little frustrated because I booked and selected 2 flights (at the same time) on sky scanner. See attached. The flights were both on the screen at check out and the total came to: $268. I completed the transaction thinking everything had gone to plan, but then I just looked through my bank account and noticed that only $176 was taken out! Looking at the receipt looks as though only one flight was payed for. Very annoying as now I have to go and select and pay for another flight which have now probably increased in price! Reception staff were vary Rude and unprofessional. I would never ever stay tbere again . Breakfast average .i accidentally left pen on bed shed and it stained a liitle bit . They charged me $10 for it .

I have been attempting to contact you from the moment I made my booking because I entered incorrect dates for the booking. I contacted the hotel who are happy to change and have made a note on the booking, but you have not been in touch for me to make this change. Please get someone to contact so this can be rectified as the incorrect dates are for this week coming and I will not be there!

Horrendous first time experience. I will never ever use this service again. First of all, I went to this website coz of all the online booking sites I found, they had the cheapest. I booked the hotel and went smoothly but then after almost 24 hours I got a cancelation notice due to payment issue. I rebooked it using a different cc and went smoothly again but then again after almost 24 hours I got another cancellation notice. I called my cc company and they told me that both transactions in my 2 cc went thru without any problems. As a matter of fact, the amounts of those 2 bookings were successfully charged in my credit cards but still got canceled from Worif due to payment issue twice. Now I have to wait for those 2 charges to be refunded back to my 2 cc. I cannot understand what was the real issue because again payment went thru w/o any hitch. If the room was no longer available or they overbooked it already, they should no longer advertise it on their website or say it was already sold out like in real-time. What’s the use of them being owned by Expedia which is a BIG travel site company with such resources that they flawed big time in this situation. They could not provide specific reason why it got canceled and the real time room availability in their website. Customer service sucks too as when I made the booking, phone number was a requirement & they said they can’t reached me on that number. Like what the heck, I doubt that they even tried calling me as it would be convenient for them to just send a canned email.

I have made many, many bookings through Wotif. When I booked the hotel, I clicked on the button “RESERVE”. I expected then to pay at the hotel. The Wotif site then took me to a page requesting name, confirm credit card details, etc, which I completed and then saved. This then completed the booking. I later noticed that the booking had been charged to my bank account against my wishes by Reserving. I contacted the Customer Service line and was treated as though I was an idiot. I was told that the site had asked me to pay immediately. I had to repeat at least 8 times that the site had made this request. I was not at all satisfied with the so called Customer Service person. He eventually suggested cancelling the booking ( at a reasonable price and booked for January) and rebooking a couple of weekes before my trip, which no doubt by that time would probably be twice the cost. At this stage I just gave up, said to leave the booking alone and hung up, extremely angry. Wotif, you need to do better than this.

I needed to cancel my reservation as my Husband has become very unwell and is unable to travel at this time due to hospitalisation.
The young lady that addressed my problem Rikha was extremely professional in attending to my needs. Her courtesy to me was very much appreciated at a time that was very difficult. Most of my bookings in the past have been made through Wotif and I will continue to use Wotif always because of todays experience

Don’t stay here.
Despite 2 requests for the manager to contact me, never did hear from them.

This is not a safe hotel. I had a random male (turned out to be a hotel guest) enter my hotel room in the early evening with keys to my apartment. Luckily I was in my room at the time and got him to leave. Office staff have no idea who they have checked into rooms. Hand your room keys to anyone. I immediately called reception and no courtesy to even call me back to discuss.

Tv remotes don’t work, toilet door is broken. Following morning can’t even leave the car park as remote for gates wouldn’t work. Had to wait for another guest to come so I could leave. Again told by reception manager would have to call me….. still nothing.

I booked a motel online. Received email confirmation. All good. Thankfully motel owner vigilant as all rooms were already booked. The owner rang me to advise. She was very displeased Wotif processed my booking as no rooms were available. I rang Wotif to request a full refund of my booking fee. I was advised the booking was then cancelled and I would receive a full refund within 5-7 working days.
I am so grateful the motel owner contacted me as it would have been a very unpleasant situation for both of us when I arrive expecting my booking to be ok.
Wotif needs to be 100% accurate with listing current availablilities! Yes this will affect my thoughts of using this service in the future.

The website tricked me suggesting that the day I was booking was available at the price offered. Very annoiying.
