I got the wrong information, my booking was for less than one night, and I need it to stay overnight, I had to pay over $100, at the hotel to stay overnight.

I tried to book 3 nights in the Cairns QLD Hilton for the 29/06/19 to 2/07/19 instead I was booked for one night only for the 5/11/18.
I tried to correct the booking and spoke to your representitive in the USA who promised to correct the dates.
I have heard no more.

So I have paid for a date I didn’t want and have no booking for next year.

I requested a cancellation of a booking made for 3 people for 3 nights at Marriott Park Hotel at Nowra and still haven’t received confirmation regarding cancellation. Please assist

When I booked it was pay at hotel. Then get a message saying credit card didn’t go through. Why are they taking money when it’s meant to be pay at hotel.

We are very disappointed in the accommodation and service that we received at Beachcomber Resort. The room was not at all similar to that of the online advert. We found a live cockroach next to the bed and when we took this matter to the staff we were advised to expect nothing less as we are staying on a lake. We were then kept awake until 12am as there was a heavy mental band playing in the function room that is located extremely close to the accommodation.
We left extremely dissatisfied. We will never stay at this ‘resort’ ever again and I certainly will not be recommending this resort to anyone.

Our reservation never got through to the hotel and when we got there they told us that type of room was sold out. I was so frustrated at the service I had gotten from Wotif

Reservation was not found in hotel system. I booked the hotel for my father who had to go through terrible experiences specially when arrived from a long haul flights from USA. Wotif must avoid such incidents in the future when the fees are already paid in full using Australia credit card.
