I phoned hotel to cancel as I had an accident at work and couldn’t proceed with my plans I was told by the hotel I couldn’t cancel as the time was too short. Then shortly after my phone call my credit card was used to pay for the hotel. I will never use this or any service like this ever again. In my opinion I was ripped off by this service.

Room, location, price and other services are reasonable but the bed and mattress are so bad, the bed makes sound when I move and the mattress is very hard like a rock.

My two mornings were not pleasant at all and I felt pain in my back and woke up many times during the nights too.

Not helpfully at all would not tranfar funds for anther night, fund would be in the same night I had to fund extra m9ney to pay for accommodation as I was left out pocket don’t both if you need to chance a booking
