Computer deferred to previous dates to which I had entered and I spent the night tramping the streets looking for another Saturday night bolt hole. Seems to be highest priority to get credit card number.

I booked a motel for three people then the motel emailed me asking for $30 for a rollout bed. This motel should not have been advertised at the price it was as I had entered a room for three people and would have thought the price was the end price to assist in making an easy choice

We had to change 3 rooms before we finally settled down. The first one, after they gave us the keys and when we were about to sleep they knocked on our door and told us the room needs fixing so we should change the room. The second room was noisy as they were doing drilling work in the next room so i request to be moved to a third room far from the drilling noise. Above all that they seemed reluctant to help. Isolated location

I did not receive a confirmation email until after 9pm last night, a bit late to book in, as a result I had to go to another motel.

You said on your website the room was available when it was not but you confirmed …the venue rang me after your confirmation to tell me in fact there is no vacancy.

We booked at room & clearly requested 3 people in the room. The charge showed 3 people & allowed us to request an extra bed for the 3 person if required. We filled out the details for the extra bed & then the hotel called & demanded an extra $50 for the third person’s bed. Your website clearly showed the total charge for 3 in that room. It is incredibly misleading & deceptive to be billed & then be told there is an extra charge on top. Terrible.

The date on our confirmation was not the date selected … after the date was selected I did not think to check the booking … now we have no booking in December when we are actually in tassie!
