I don’t recommend booking with Wotif as there was a mistake with the month I requested somehow all my info was correct except for the month and year so I rang immediately to correct it and was told that they could not help me as there was no on site manager at the hotel and would receive a phone call within 48 hours, didn’t get one so I rang back and same story no manager, next day they get through to manager to say yes I can change but only for 2 nights extra 350 bucks because there’s a function in the area, so I can’t cancel and get a refund and am stuck with a room I don’t need in December down 380 bucks, so no I don’t recommend this or Mantra as none of them gave a damn about me the customer right on Christmas, gave no room for error in a hectic time for most, whatever happened to a little understanding and good customer service. Seriously not happy at all. There should be a window of time to adjust any problems, this no refund policy crap should be against the law😡
