December 28, 2018Terrible as the listing said 3 TWIN beds, so we asked 6 people to be in the room!!
Actually on ringing Travel lodge for some other enquiry, found out they are only SINGLE beds, so ripped off by Wotif terribly!!
The booking failed like 6 times and now i have an email with an itinerary number from them so i need to make sure they haven’t charged me. There are so many services like Wotif. I’m going to use a different one next time.

Thank you for your response and please note that we have been contacted by phone to manually update your check-out date to the 03rd of January 2019 and we have advised them to send us an email regarding this change but did not receive it yet.
Please kindly note that as your reservation has been confirmed through Wotif we will need an email in order to make the modification.
Please urgently confirm this has been done and send me and hotel email

Well we have recently made 2 bookings .. ( yes totally free cancel upto the day before )
One booking we had the choice of PayPal .. or Cr Card so used Paypal for extra security .. ( We thought )
The next booking we had no choice so had to use a Cr Card …
The PayPal Booking was charged to our Account and debited Immediately on booking … ( NOT HAPPY .. NO DISCLOSURE ON THAT ONE )
The Cr Card booking was secured against the card with no payment until we check in .. NO DISCLOSURE ABOUT THIS WHEN WE BOOKED … NOT HAPPY that wotif took the $$ Immediately with no disclosure from our PayPal Account ..
I refer to a booking made ref. # 7398078596494 in mid December. Due to your system shutting down during the booking procedure the dates in January 2019 could not be corrected. additionally I sent your firm an email on Sunday the 16th. December stating the problem and yet to date there has been no reply. As previously requested ” THE ABOVE BOOKING IS TO BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY”
