含まれている内容のいくつかが不足しており問いただしたところ謝るだけで部屋の交換なども無し。インターネットも使えず同じ内容の言い訳を何度もするだけで何も対応してくれませんでした。最低です。二度と泊まりませんし、オススメしません。

I found a deal and rang your 1800 number to be told I wouldn’t be able to get the deal as it had expired. I was told by the consultant that they would match the online deal by refunding me the difference. I said I wanted to try the online deal and thankfully I did and got the price I wanted. I was actually worried I was talking to a scammer as what the consultant said was not correct and made no sense.

So over priced, was extremely run down, service was average. Location is good but not worth $420 a night… I suggest that you stay somewhere else for half the price, it’ll be nicer. I mean if you are rich and have the money to waste the place is alright. Very frustrating as I thought it was going to be a lot nicer.

Firstly they gave only one towel and one water bottle for 3 occupants. The restaurant was very expensive. And the complimentary breakfast was not served until 10:00. so we had to check out without having the breakfast.

Wotif needs to review its relationship with Serviced Apartments Melbourne.

Booked a stay at Eporo. No reception desk and nowhere to leave bags prior to check-in (despite advising available from 10:00 am). Still waiting for some one to come and give key to apartment and it is well past check in time.

The 1300 number only offers a recorded message, advises that they will get back to us………

It is clear this was just an Air BnB booking, without the convenience.

Will NOT book with Wotif or Serviced Apartments Melbourne again

I made a booking for a hotel and it was meant to be pay at the hotel with free cancellation. Ended up getting charged anyway. Wasnt impressed. Wont be using again

We tried to change our booking and were told we could do by an employee who downgraded me to a cheaper room plus we sacrificed our breakfast buffet which we paid extra for so we could change the date and not pay more…..which we were happy about ….this was no problem only for a call the following day to say no you will get a cheaper room and pay $80 by a different employee!!! What an absolute rip off!! Will never use you guys again after the way we were treated by Wotif……

the motel we chose stated it had a inground pool and full buffet breakfast, this motel had neither and we would never would had chosen this venue If we knew this and we paid an extra $18 each for breakfast, when in fact there was tea or coffee and toast. very bad and deceiving advertisement

Room was not up to a good standard of cleanliness.
Carpark had two discarded mattresses, numerous discarded pieces of furniture, rubbish, lots of cigarette butts (about 25 just around our car).

Stairwell floors were grubby. Bathroom door and louvres need a serious clean. Skirting boards in room entry flithy.
Fittings in bathroom covered in layers of dust.
