it’s literally been 2 days since i made the booking. that booking is for the 17th of next month, this is the first time i have booked a room using your app, how the fuck should myself and anyone else know how good your service is if we haven’t even stayed in the room that we booked with you. please for the love of humanity use your common sense next time, thank you and have a great day.

It was record high temperatures in Albury during my stay, the air conditioning wasn’t working. To add, no soaps in the bathroom and towels were dirty.

My accommodation was not available when I turned up and then cancelled. I had to chase a refund which means I am out of pocket for potentially weeks. When I tried to ring after hours to chase the refund, the call just timed out – twice.

Apparently I was to be given a voucher, but I haven’t seen any communication about this. Not at all happy.

Screen reflected the updated dates, as checked just before payment. Once booking was confirmed, it had the old dates on there. Not the dates I wanted, even after they were changed!! I now have a totally useless booking on my hands and will loose all my money if I cancel.

I booked my flight 36 hours before departure, a confirmation email was received from wotif, but when I rang the airline to add specific meal they said no ticket was issued and asked me to contact you guys to issue it.
Ended up contacting wotif and was advised the ticket can take around 24hours to be issued. Now bearing in mind I am departing the next day and no ticket issued it was a quite a panicked situation. As the airline didnot acknowledge an issue of ticket.

Maybe you guys need to do something about it and issue tickets asap..

Bad experienced with Wotif 🙁 We were told by the accommodation they were booked up and Wotif said there were some available. My advise is to go through the accommodation only and don’t touch Expidea, Trivago, etc

I won’t be going through wotif again. I do not agree with wotif taking out money straight away. My money should be taken out when I leave the motel after I have stayed not when I book. Not happy!!
