You charged me $175 for my appartment in McLaren Vale. I susequently found the same appartment advertised by you for $135. I paid up front. You didn’t sell me the cheapest tariff. I’m p###$d! I always book with your company. Not any more.

Arrive at hotel …no booking but l had email and text confirmations 🤨

My booking was completely stuffed up by way of the booking information I put into Wotif and therefore paid for, was different on the itinerary receipt. Immediately calling Wotif to rectify this I spoke to a woman with very very hard to understand broken english. The booking was non-refundable which panicked me somewhat. After a lengthy telephone conversation, approximately 20-25 minutes, I was told I needed to cancel the original booking and re book and pay again with a refund in 5-7 working days for the first booking, how ridiculous! Not being able to afford this we had no choice but to continue with the incorrect first booking which meant myself and three young children aged 8,9 and 11 had to share a 30 sq foot cabin with only two single bunk beds. No bathroom no kitchenette, no air conditioner, nothing. My eldest daughter had to walk 80 mtrs to amenities block each time her medical condition warranted her to. Absolutely will not use Wotif again. The social media comments I make will have potentially thousands of others reconsidering using Wotif also.

I cancelled booking for 2 nights at hotel and was expecting to pay for one night and received nothing from my $290 I paid. I will never pay before I go again. I won’t be recommending to pay on Wotif before you go.
