I expected to receive a confirmation email as soon as booking was completed. As I did not receive one, I thought I had not completed the process correctly. Hence I booked the same hotel again. After contacting WOTIF directly, I was informed that the original booking had been successfully completed and a confirmation email would be sent. It has still not arrived. But I have cancelled the duplicate booking – I hope! There is no problem with my email address as it was used by your customer support person to contact me. Very confusing. Surely it is part of the booking process to provide a booking confirmation email. It provids the customer with much needed assurance that the booking has been completed correctly. I would appreciate a response.

Firstly your website was very good
But I had problems with the reservation
You got me the wrong dates
And the hotel tried t call you to cancel the reservation and bring my money back

And I am still waiting

I first called Wotif to confirm my booking as no email was sent me to do so. It was then I discovered an incorrect booking. The man I spoke to on the phone was trying to be as helpful as he could to rectify a problem with the system. The date I booked was incorrect (I have screen shots of my search on the correct date) but a huge charge was required if I chose to change it. I decided to leave it in the end. I called again and asked the woman who answered to send an email confirming the booking as I still had not received one. She double checked the email address and said she had sent it. As yet I am still waiting to receive that email???? It is not in my junk file and we are receiving all other emails? We have used Wotif many times in the past and have been happy with their service but it is very disappointing that we received no assistance when we have been such loyal customers.

Had a very terrible experience with this motel, the pictures were different to what the motel had actually looked liked. On the website we booked on we ended up paying nearly double the real booking amount. Our bathroom had mould up to our knees & in the corner of the shower there were pubic hairs…. on our arrival to the motel the front desk lady was extremely rude and blunt towards my daughter & i. For a $200 a night motel i would’ve expected better.

very confusing to manage multiple bookings.
i request wheelchair rooms in each booking and no hotel respond so i ended up using an agency to book
funds were taken out of my account before i cancelled while awaiting this feedback
too much spam emails from Wotif makes it hard to find the bookigns

Booking online stated breakfast was included in price ,However nothing on further confirmation email or paperwork confirmed this and this was only confirmed at check in ..Pre -Paid via credit card and accepted terms and conditions . This stated no further correspondence was required .Received a phone call on day of check in to confirm a specific arrival time for check in ,This does not support advertised product and does not support contractual agreement I had paid for . Room is as expected but your booking information is misleading and more detail on parking restrictions need to be advertised , My car not able to be secured on grounds after a 8pm lockout of carpark,, Had to park on street in Wagga Wagga the second highest crime area of NSW ,Dubbo is first Sydney third .
In conclusion your service failed to deliver ,The room I booked and interior of site is as expected and as photographed but there is a failure in the details of carparking ,check-in times and inclusions that are exclusions,.Rather than book online via your site I would consider calling the establishment I researched directly in the future and get the same rate .
I travel 18 weeks per year for work and have done so on a regular basis for 15 years . I generally stay at the same places and in the past have had no issues when I contact them directly via phone or email . Booking online with your company has not been a experience that I would like to recommend .
