It was cheaper to book directly with the hotel and after I completed the booking I was then offered the lower price – so I cancelled it with you.

It was not on your site that your company would take full payment out of my credit card before the cancellation date……Bookings.com doesn’t do this

Tried to book so many times, to just a get an error on the final screen. Tried expedia too but the same thing, which i assume uses the same server as wotif as the website is identical except the name. Must have tried about 10 times, in the end went to webjet which worked perfectly but was more expensive. So thanks for wasting my time & money!

The rating for the motel booked did not match the quality of service. The motel was rated 4 star on Wotif but the room was full of moths and there was mould and dirt in the shower that had clearly been there for a long time

While using the webpage from a mobile phone in a patchy coverage area, upon the submission of the booking I received a splash page indicating that the booking could not be progressed due to timing out / taking to long.
I re-submitted the booking successfully, upon arrival at the motel I was greeted with 2 bookings and 2 charges on my CC requiring me to go through the cancellation process.
Your web page should not process a booking, after instructing the user that the initial submission has failed.
