Very poorly booked and paid for accommodation that was not available. Left us with no choice but to cancel plans for our time away as our money would take two weeks to be refunded. A relative who has flown in from Greece also was disappointed as her time was limited and also missed out. Even though they suggested to help find other alternatives, we struggled to communicate with the person at your call center as his English was poor and he was not familiar wit he spelling of other hotels. It was really disappointing. It put a damper on our Easter celebrations.

I booked 5 nights advertised by your company which stated it included daily breakfast. over the next few weeks i received multiple phone calls and one email telling me that breakfast was not in fact available. the email stated that Mantra would compensate me on arrival. one phone call stated i would receive a refund of part of my fee. none of these happened. i also received an email from Expedia about this who couldnt even get my first name correct.
Very poor service! I doubt I will ever book through this site again.

I never got an email confirmation on the day of booking. On the next day I rang Wotif and gave them 2 email addresses they still couldn’t give me an email confirmation after 50 minutes on the phone. Fuck off Wotif. Wotif won’t exist in two years time I reckon.

I had massive problem with wotif last year and they guaranteed there would be a credit on my next booking. I asked how this would happen and did I need a number and they said it would be associated with my email address and would happen automatically. Once again wotif – you failed.

i booked a hotel in seaford and recieved a conformation email, however i spoke to the hotel and they had no booking and have been fully booked for weeks, the kids and I were bery disappointed

This booking was a con. Required VISA details to make the booking and debited my account on 28 March. The booking states clearly that the amount is to be collected by the hotel, not by WOTIF. I plan to have the VISA debit refunded.

i REQUESTED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM WOTIF AND RECEIVED TWO DIFFERENT ITINERARY NUMBERS NEITHER OF WHICH THE HOTEL HAD A RECORD.I PHONED THE HOTEL AND THEY MANAGED TO TRACK THE BOOKING THROUGH MY TELEPHONE NUMBER. NEXT TIME I MIGHT AS WELL PHONE THE HOTEL DIRECT AND MAKE THE BOOKING

This hotel was very basic. No extra pillows, no blankets, no new soap etc. Front desk staff were quite rude. Air con unit was dodgy, fan and light were operated by a remote clearly on the same frequency as another unit and I was woken frequently by lights being flicked on and off and fan changing speed in my room. I was forced to turn it off at the wall in the middle of the night to stop it happening and then freeze under a faulty air con. I will NOT be staying here again.

The booking was for the wrong dates, and said 2 adults. There is no way I would book for 2 as I travel alone. When I tried to correct it I got nowhere. I am trying to contact Expedia and advise them that the hotel, Seasons Botanic Gardens, Melbourne, will not charge me for the booking in March. I have rebooked with them for correct date in April.

I was trying to book at the Gorge in Qld. The site I got onto showed a number of properties and also the Gorge in WA. Unfortunately there was no identification of the state and I ended up booking a night at the George in WA which I now have to cancel. Please put the relevant state of Australia in your description.
