Very difficult to make a cancellation, no customer service or support contact number

I find the web site extremely frustrating. I don’t seem to be able to change the currency to NZD for a start. The other issue I have is when booking accomodation I step through the process I have on the past two occasions found that the site booked my accomodation for that day I did the booking rather than the day/s I asked for.

I needed to change our booking, but was unable to do so on your site. I rang Rydges and was told I have to do it online. On my third attempt it finally worked, so I cancelled the booking and made it direct via phone.

Needed to make changes to the booking. Followed the instruction on the website but the categories mentioned in your support section were not shown on the website. The whole thing was a nightmare to make a change.

Could not get to talk to anyone and lost my money through a wrong booking

I usually find Wotif to be great, however on this occasion my partner and I were both using Wotif on two different devices and found great price differences on the same hotels using different computers.

Unfortunately when I have gone to find my booking details. I can’t access my account with my email address. But was sent a message to that email address with a booking number to leave this feedback. How do I access the account???

Couch filthy, dirty sheets, hair on the pillow case, dirty bed spread. The bathroom was not very well cleaned either but the thing that took the cake was the full bottle of sugar free soft drinksI had bought from the shops and put in the fridge I only got one drink because when they made their attempt to clean the room they took it from the.fridge and just to confirm how seedy it was…. if your looking for the perfect place to film your next porn session, then this is the perfect place. I have no problem with the booking experience however the property we stayed at left A LOT to be desired. There was NO TOILET paper in the apartment at all. The shower head in the master ensuite was broken. There were nasty stains on the blanket in the guest room. It was generally tidy but so minimally stocked there wasn’t even a spare blanket for our second child who wanted to sleep on the couch. We would NOT recommend this location ever again.

The person who served me laughed at me over the phone. Was not good at customer service. She tried to tell me that I was wrong about what was happening in my own bank account. She either needs to be retrained on customer service or fired. Worst customer service.
