Improve service with up to date information. The booking I made came back with wrong dates. When I tried to change them, your site advised no rooms available on the dates originally requested even though there was one when I first logged in and started the booking. I rang the caravan park and there were rooms available! Certainly not perfect result from you.

The room was dirty, the air con was so old it hardly worked. The carpets were not clean and the bedside tables had dirt ground into them. The room smelled. The curtains were falling off the tracks. The outside verandah hadn’t been swept for God knows how long. A disgusting place. I asked for a different room and was offered an extra blanket….in Forbes where it gets very very cold. The only acceptable thing was the electric blanket although I doubt I would risk turning it on.

Service… I’m not quite sure you could call it that. My 3 children and I had booked for the night, but when we went to check in, we’re told we were cancelled. The manager wouldn’t look at my booking, wouldn’t check the computer system and was extremely rude and unprofessional. 2 female staff members were helping my children and I find alternative accommodation. After a 3 hour drive, that’s the last thing we needed to be doing.
Believe the reviews you read. This place is horrific. Absolutely would not recommend. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

Not clear on the ADA disabled facilities on offer. Support at Wotif has failed to respond and hotel in Seoul does not speak English.

The hotel room was not as advertised. o their website.
It was small & disappointing. Also no room service or dinner
available after 9pm. The room was so disappointing I checked out straight away. I asked for a refund they refused as I booked through Wotif. I spoke with Wotif who said it was the hotel responsibility to refund me. Very disappointed as it’s false advertising presenting rooms on the website only to find the opposite on arrival. Also not refunding any of the $900 taken of my credcard. I have spoken to the hotel
as yet thay have not gotten back to me. I intend to take this matter further if there is no resolution.

I Purchased a room in the Maleny hotel on the 16 July in order to attend and enjoy an event in the area. I was over joyed to secure the room because it was within walking distance from the event and it hit the budjet . I received the booking confirmation directly after booking and I advised my travel mate of the good news The next day afternoon I recieved a email telling me I had changed my plans and a subsequent email informing myself my booking had been cancelled. I had not changed my plans nor did I want to cancel the booking. I called the hotel to discuss the booking and was advised they had been fully book for weeks and there was no chance of making a booking .The manager could see my booking in the system but it had never been push through the system to the hotel.The service I received on the occasion was sub standard, very poor and disappointing . If the booking is not available it shouldn’t be able to be made. This event has ruined my weekend!!!
