Having booked and paid fully for two apartments within a hotel for next year, we were then advised by the hotel that we had to cancel the booking as the rates and rooms purchased weren’t supposed to have been released by Wotif.

Booked holiday with the advertised deposit requiring just $200 deposit for a break some 12 months away. I later discovered the Wotif had debited the full amount from my credit card.

Really poor customer service. Advertised discount was not honoured & upon contacting customer service, no solution was offered. I ended up cancelling reservation, re-booked with another agency who matched the discount price Wotif had advertised and wouldn’t honour!
Will not be doing business with Wotif again.

Absolute disgrace..!! I inadvertently booked the wrong date for my hotel stay (it is still five days away), and my funds cannot be refunded..!! The hotel itself doesn’t have a problem so why do you??

Our 2 mountain bicycles were stolen from the car park and cctv shows how 4 people broke the bicycle holder and locks attached to car overnight during our stay at the motel we booked through wotif .We have lost $2000 worth and asked to pay $89 for overnight stay also for 6.12.19

Disappointing. Booked 3pp room. Arrived and it was only for 2pp. Had to pay extra $50 for third person.

Staff at reception were mildly rude. Room was minuscule. In room dining menu didn’t differentiate between normal hours menu and after hours menu. Menu didn’t show what number to call to order food. Asked if there were any GF items available in the after hours menu and the staff member didn’t know. Went to talk to the chef and was told that there wasn’t. Why advertise GF or GFO options! Ordered a cut down version of the charcuterie plate to make it GF friendly and the meats were crusty. The entire time my partner struggled to breath in our room. The chemical smell didn’t quite affect me as badly as him but it played with my sinuses. We woke at about 3:30am and left for the airport unable stay in the toxic smell any longer. Will never stay here again.
