I booked a hotel and once payed my confirm displayed the wrong dates. I could not find a way to gather a refund and when I arrived at the hotel they could not provide a refund or accommodate us with another room so we had to book somewhere else.
I am still almost $500 out of pocket!!!

There was no booking and between Wotif and Quest they still took my booking and my money from my credit card

There was no section to put in my discount code! Not happy! I had two different discount codes I could of used and no where to put either of them. Please reply and tell me how I can get my discount.

We arrived at our destination and went to our hotel and there was no booking under my name so they gave us a room with 1 double and 1 single bed and there is 2 adults n 3 kids we are sleeping very squshed

Worst stay ever. The writing up on this motel needs to be updated, it is not on the lake no lake views, breakfast was terrible and not as advertised, the delux queen room was yerrible looks as though you stepped into 1960 and the noise grom next door rooms were loud and couldn’t sleep. All in all happy to leave this place and will never teturn to this motel.
