The ‘hotel’ we booked was actually a casino in disguise. This was not mentioned anywhere when booking. If we would have known the hotel was linked to a casino we would have NEVER stayed here. Very disappointing

The Indian manager was not very helpful. The guy who sits at the reception after 12 pm. He has to be more humble. The Nepalese lady was very helpful.

I booked a room for three nights 2 adults and 2 kids a 11 year old and a 15 year old and got a room with three beds they said there were three twin beds but we got a room with three single beds we could not change this as the motel is fully booked so three very uncomfortable nights to come not happy

When making a booking for a hotel online the Wotif website errored twice, and said that no money would be taken for this. I then went to another booking website to book the same hotel same room.
Next I get an email from paypal saying that Wotif would be taking money for the hotel booking that supposedly never occured! Now I have ended up with 2 rooms at the same hotel and am missing a substantial amount of money and have been told to wait until the new year to get an update for a refund.
This is ridiculous, I just want my money back.

Wotif booked and took payment for accommodation and then cancelled it 🤬. They blamed the hotel, which the hotel refuted.

Cancelled booking without letting me know. Piss poor service

I booked with the option to cancel before last Sunday & when I tried to do just that I was unable to get to the point of being able to cancel the booking. I have tried several ways including message service, bit that is too the actual motel & they won’t accept the cancellation because it was booked through wotif. Why do you make it easy to book but not to cancel, I’m doubtful I’ll use this service again as I’ve done in the past due to this difficulty! I’ve been on hold for every waiting to speak to someone in regards to this too!!
