January 14, 2020Booked accommodation weeks ago, never received the itinerary/ confirmation email from wotif. Landed in Bali and it was a bit of a nightmare trying to find the name of my hotel.
January 13, 2020I follow the instruction – BOOKNOW. at the end I realized there was no where to put “booknow” to get 8% discount. liar

January 10, 2020Made a mistake booking date notified Wotif within 5 minutes they notified hotel within 6 hrs who said they can’t help so I loose my money hotel said take it up with Wotif I would never have any thing to do with Wotif again i actually hit the button to go back before payment was completed but payment went through no one can help would advise to be very careful dealing with this company did some investigate Work and notice booking. com have always done the right thing with there clients Ian B
January 10, 2020Not happy i had to purchase baggage extra costs when it showed me i was allowed 20kgs carryon before making payment. I was mislead! Not happy. My friend and i both read in the final price it included baggage!

January 6, 2020I contacted wotif on 31/12 to change the dates to my reservation after already receiving the ok from the hotel, my request was escalated to back end and then nothing was done about it. I was advised I would be contacted but I haven’t heard a word about it. After waiting almost an hour on hold to speak to someone at wotif about this issue I am reluctant to ever book through wotif again if having issues as simple as this resolved is so hard.
