January 22, 2020Email customers full information about booking immediately. I still haven’t got a confirmation email. What happens if I want to change booking? Your website is not very user friendly.

On request to change the room, it was downgraded to smaller room.

January 17, 2020I dont trust Wotif or Expedia and I will try hard to avoid booking through you again. You are just a booking agent who get your cut as it were. In future I will try to book direct with the accommodation provider or to use an Australian booking agent. You do little and dont make it easy to contact you. And I will certainly pass on my feelings to friends and family. PS i would have preferred to give you a minus rating. You dont deserve even one star.
