Need to honour the 24hr no charge claim on their website. Also flight times need to be displayed in 24hr time.

I needed to change the time of a flight I had booked. I spent HOURS trying to get into the site and change it. Lots of articles giving advice but no concrete way to get into anywhere to actually do it. Very difficult to FIND a number to call. Once I did the lady was VERY HELPFUL and managed to cancel the flight and book another at a later time.
Finding booking Information to give her re things like BOOKING ID was impossible. Will never use WOTIF again. The ONE STAR rating is for the lovely lady who helped me otherwise it would have been ZERO stars for WOTIF

Can’t get in touch with Wotif they have taken the full amount out of my account . I’m not supposed to pay full amount until 7 days before . I can get the same deal from booking .com 100 dollars cheaper.i have not been able to get in touch with them can you please send me an email address. Thank you Elsie tully

Stop leaving callers on hold for over 45 mins. Terrible customer service, never go back there again.
