February 19, 2020I did not book with your company I wrote a email to you and explained you must have the wrong email or someone is using my card number and asked you to get back to me. You didn’t .
February 19, 2020After putting a specific airport in as my destination the booking came back as an airport 2.5 hours away from where I had booked my hotel. Instead of saying there were not flights available it offered nearby airports without warning, After I received the booking confirmation and tried to amend the booking I was told on the phone that I would have to deal with the mistake myself.
February 18, 2020Your website has a design problem – it is not always clear where the record for a room starts/ends, so you can end up renting the wrong suite. Also, your website referred to a suite as ‘special’ that had two rooms – it didn’t and you wasted my money. Doubt I’ll use this service ever again.
February 17, 2020I entered a discount code, and after being quoted the discounted price I was charged full price once clicking ‘proceed’. I then emailed wotif to rectify the situation and they have not replied. Very disappointed!
