the room i got was very smelly with a old furniture very unsafe, kitchen electrical equipment unsafe, bed very noise, i was so tire, and did stay with aout a coffee as i could not boild water , i did talk to one of the reception worker and she say, im sorry we have not more room available and you can leave if you want but there is not refund, so because i would loose the money i decide to sleep on the floor, as the bed was very unconfortanle,

If you book through wotif for the Emerald hotel in Noosa you are treated in a poor manner and given the worst room in the building with no view of the outside world,

I can no longer find my booking, my card was billed for the room but I can no long see any confirmation of the booking and have received no further information about it.
I have been trying to contact the customer service to find out what is happening but as I have no idea if I have a room or not I have now made another booking with booking.com.
I expect a full refund for the billed amount of $261.38.

Never had an issue with the service as we didn’t stay there as I did not know it was a B&B. I would never book a B&B as I am uncomfortable staying in someone’s home.

dont double book rooms turned up with my young son to my hotel to find out there was no room and 3 other rooms also double booked by whatif. I want my money back in full and i intend to pursue for compensation for the additional cost of driving around to find a room in a town with no rooms. and the additional also substantial cost to rent a cabin in a caravan park out of town which defeated the purpose of being there. also when i arrived the manager of the double booked motel was talking to a representative from your booking agency. when i asked to talk to your representative about my options he refused and i know this because he was on loud speaker.

We were notified the next day by phone by the motel that they were booked out , when we booked, though Wotif gave us confirmation of our booking , it was really upsetting for us.

Absolutely dreadful with changing booking. I’ve been in the line now for more than 10min on hold – finally got through to someone and she put me straight back in hold. I’m actually trying to ADD a night to one booking and ADD a hotel to a different flight booking. I’ve tried online and via app but neither are working to do this. Hence the phone call and very long wait on phone – chewing up my mobile battery
