I am trying to cancel a booking. I have contacted the hotel direct and they have passed me onto you/Expedia. I am having real difficulty having the automated cancellation options to find my email, phone and itinerary number. I am disappointed it is so hard to do. I would like someone to contact me or alternatively provide a contact that allows me to report my cancellation. Thank you.
Let the hotel charge my company credit card and provide a tax invoice.
I’ve asked the Hotel for a tax invoice and they said to go to the booking provider, the booking provider say’s to go to the hotel.
From what I can gather I have not paid for this accommodation, even thought the Hotel took a $100 bond for incidentals. Which is standard practice and was refunded when I checked out. But I have not paid for this accommodation!!!
I want too but how? and I also need a tax invoice.

March 16, 2020I have tried to change my booking for the past 3 days. Every time I call I am put on hold without speaking to anyone. I have then been left on hold for over 30 minutes each time. After 30 mins I have given up and tried again later, with the same result. Is this acceptable service?

False advertising of room – picture showed we were booking a stand alone cabin, only to get there and find we are in a studio room.
Doors and some windows didn’t lock. Mosquito haven.
Friends who were with us had their room double booked twice, twice they opened the door to people on their room. Pretty disappointed.
Misleading see attachments below, nol sleeping in my car, they were rude not even suggesting a location with where they were pet friendly, not able to contact wotif to discuss my circumstances and unable to get a refund … not happy. I booked here because it was petfriendly i spent all my money on bond and rent, awaiting to pick up keys Tuesday in the meantime I am homeless.
