Rubbish. Flight booked and then Canceled by the airline. No info from Wotif on a refund

Mountway Appartments Perth
I did not state I took one look at the room and it stunk over the top with body odour. When I opened the door to it. I when in and the hole place looked grimy. I was going to hospital for a day surgery and wanted a place that was clean and nice. There was no way I could get past the awful smell of the place. I told the lady at the reception that I could not stay in those conditions and would like a refund I was told to ring the manager. Which I’ve tried but not been able to get on to manager. In my opinion these apartments are a disgrace and should bar be recommended by your company. I wouldn’t rate them 1star I have stayed in backpacker place that are by far superior than that place. For $20 more I found a lovely place of what would rate 4.5 starts. Disappointed in you having Mountway Perth on your books

customer service,i had to cancel my booking due to covid 19,and was unable to contact anyone in regards to this.I used Agoda 3 months prior,due to unseen reasons I could not attend,and they understood my situation and refunded me my money.I understand my booking was non refundable,but under the circumstances I thought Wotif may been more compassionate.I was on wait on the phone for 2 hours to speak to someone which did not happen,i was under a lot of stress as was and didn’t need this.Wotif were my go to for travel bookings,but not now,i will go elsewhere and also not recommend Wotif to others.

Need to cancel reservation. Can’t contact Wotif. Emailed hotel through Wotif and told to contact Expedia. Have emailed them with no response. I will never book through a third party again.

Had to cancel booking due to current issues with Covid-19 on a work trip and did not get a refund, not happy at all with the service, and the hotel in question was not notified of the cancellation either.

Our accommodation was not what was promised. Their advertising forgot to mention that the “Villa” was in the middle of a rice paddy, with access via a muddy goat track, 7km from the nearest village and that all meals had to be ordered via an app through them. They failed to mention we had to have WhatsApp on our phones before we left Australia, it won’t work otherwise. So we had no way to communicate with anyone. I tried to cancel this booking after 1 night and get some sort of refund but wotif sided with the Villa owners having never been there. Too worried about losing their commission.
