April 24, 2020Absolutely the worst I have seen regarding refunds. I was happy to wait the 30 days I was first advised. And when I tried to follow-up I was told 12 Weeks. Not good enough.
April 21, 2020Absolutely abhorrent experience cancelling accommodation during COVID19. I could not even get in contact with someone via email let alone over the phone. I expect a refund of my money when cancelling accommodation and in a timely manner. Not to mention the current economic climate and how much that money would make an impact on groceries etc for my family when work and my income has been suspended. Very unfair.
April 5, 2020I won’t use this service again. I booked a hotel and had confirmation at 3pm. I rang the hotel at 8pm and they had not received a booking. I had to find another hotel at the last minute.
April 5, 2020I had to cancel my trip due to Corona Virus restrictions on movement. It is now two weeks after I have cancelled and my refund has not been returned. If I had made you wait more than two weeks for payment for my trip when I booked it, you would have been pissed off – just imagine How I’m feeling!
April 2, 2020Although one of the perks of going through you was that it was easy to cancel a reservation, there is no link on the reservation consummation to allow cancellation. When I tried to cancel directly with the hotel, they advised me to go to you.
April 1, 2020Very unhappy with the cancellation policy. I had to change my plans and let the accommodation and Wotif know as early as possible but did not receive any refund of any sort.

March 28, 2020All accommodation bookings were cancelled by properties booked because of Covid19 leaving us with no where to stay. Arranged alternate accommodation ourselves!
March 28, 2020Enabled the double booking of accommodation, the result me being notified that my booking had been cancelled by the hotel and ending in me missing out on booking accommodation required for a sporting event.
