August 2, 2020Was unable to use hotel booking due to Lockdown of Covid 19.
Requested a refund but was told i needed further proof. Of not being able to travel in Victoria.
I booked and paid for a hotel in Reykjavik via Wotif in April but due to Covid 19 and all travel cancelled I couldn’t use the booking….your company did nothing to procure a refund or credit voucher for later use…just blamed the hotel so I’m $Aud1700.00 out of pocket
August 1, 2020Unable to contact Customer Service regarding cancellation imposed suddenly by COVID-19. Hotel was happy to cancel without charge, however Wotif automated system would not accept my booking details to transfer me to a person to speak with to try and arrange a credit or refund.
August 1, 2020Not happy book I family cabin at captain Cook village sleepet 9 when we got there our booking was stuff up we got a small cabin not what we booked through you 😠 lucky Captain Cook village refunded us and we found suitable accommodation but had to pay $400 more thanks I won’t be booking thought wotif again.
July 29, 2020Voucher of $249 given after cancellation due to coronavirus, when applied to a new booking the voucher only paid for $219 and I had to pay the rest. I guess $249 doesn’t really mean $249 – just $219. The other $30 is sitting there as a credit?? Why, it should have been applied to the whole booking…………
May 14, 2020Booking was great good experience. The motel was quite the opposite.
No plates, no knives and forks, extreme basic motel , the bed needed throwing out, very saggy. Soap holder in the shower broken with sharp jagged edges. Outside weeds everywhere. All in all a very bad experience and can definitely cannot recommend anyone staying there
I wanted to book 23 to 24 April. But after paying for that night of the 23rd April, & after going to the Race View Motel, they told me that I wasn’t booked in there with them. After further investigation, we found that wotif booked me in for the 5th of May. I did not want that night, I needed the night of 23rd April. You have taken my money, & I can’t get a refund. Not happy.
