Due to covid 19 we had to cancel our hotel booking. Not only did we not get a refund but no reply to my email requesting such or further communication to hotel stating we had to cancel. Have no idea where our money went just hoping it was to the hotel during these times.

My booking got cancelled due to Covid19. I recieved an email from Wotif stating that I can only change my ticket to a travel credit voucher. I have replied back agreeing to receiving this voucher but still have not heard from them since. It’s been almost 2 months and still waiting.
