August 2, 2020I am waiting for a refund from back in March when our accommodation was cancelled because of COVID as we could not travel. The accommodation provider said that they had refunded to Wotif and I have tried many times to contact Wotif to find out what has happened to this refund with no reply to phone, help desk and email.

August 2, 2020Absolutely atrocious. Ongoing conflicting info and mishaps on Wotif part beyond belief. Almost 6 months to process credits and flight changes, over 55 phone hours logged, and dozens of calls to resolve very simple issues. Would never use again.

August 2, 2020Not Good. Still waiting on refund 5 months later. Refund was not arranged after being told it was. When I rang back it has now be processed but still 3 months and no refund. Beware.
