The service of the hotel was very cooperative considering our circumstances.It is very difficult to correspond with you ie.wotiff. Our trip was cancelled due to Covid-19. I tried to contact you to cancel the accommodation, only to find that I could not cancel until after 30June. This was far too late. I contacted the hotel directly and the hotel was happy to allow us to use the booking anytime up to December 2021. Our trip has been rescheduled to July 2021. The booking for the hotel has to be done through you.

I sent my review at the time in 2019, it’s now 2020. The room wasn’t what was advertised. The room looked into the backyard of a shop so daytime blinds needed to be closed but they were broken, literally pulled off the wall so had to close the heavy night blinds all day. Very dark and gloomy room, not very clean either. A completely rubbish booking.

I booked my hotel and come closer to the day COVID started to get worse on the news.. when I asked for a credit or refund it was refused! Very disappointed as my flights and activities were willing to give me a credit

We booked the Seabreeze Cottage at Bruny Island for a birthday celebration. We received confirmation for our booking and our credit card was also charged for the booking. However, when we turned up at the accommodation, someone else already checked in the cottage. We called up Wotif and they told us our booking was cancelled by the property owner, but we received no notification about the cancellation. We called up the property owner and she told us their property was never listed with Wotif and she was not aware about our booking (which turned out to be a lie as she miraculously found our booking ‘buried’ in her mailbox the next day when we told her that we were intending to make police report for fraudulent online transaction). It was a busy weekend and we couldn’t book in to any other accommodation. So, we were left stranded at the island with NO accommodation. A birthday celebration turned into a nightmare. We are not sure who is lying here, but we are definitely not impressed with the service provided by both Wotif and Seabreeze Cottage at Bruny Island.

Terrible experience.We have to cancel the flight due to the covid19 on late December 2019. The staff from the company said we will be guaranteed to get at least half of the flight ticket money but we never received that amount. We try to contact the staff but phone call direct us to America and we have to hours online but still can’t solve the problem. We sent email,leave message on Facebook,no one bother reply or answer our questions. We did everything we could but still no may to get our money back.

I’ve contacted Wotif for a refund or the fights fares and they said they were going to look in to it and 7 weeks later there was no reply
