Very bad service.
Did not provided the accomodation as booked.
Told us to move in two different places in 3 days. Very inconvinent and unprofessional. Do not recommend anyone. Not very nice experience while you go on holiday.

Cancelled booking within 24 hours prior to arrival & did not get refund. Refunds should be provided regardless of when booking is cancelled.

I did mnot use the booking, but I have paid for it. We had to cancel as our flight to NZ was cancelled. I have not received my refund under my credit card for accomodation at Tullamarine on February 28th this year. Please explain as I had notification I would just have to wait as there was so many to refund, Julie Dart

Appalling service. The date search displayed a ‘special’ against my search criteria and diverts you away from your intended booking date. I was booking emergency accommodation for someone and having checked my date etc on the search field I found a suitable place and booked the lowest price room but it was for a completely different date and month to my search criteria. It’s very deceitful and I would not recommend anyone using this service.
