What booking are you asking about you don’t say?

I never made a booking yet you have me with an itinery number etc.

Still waiting for refund, from cancellation of flight.Only on mths 12th of May was it finally agreed that we would get the refund minus $600 cancellation fee.. This was after countless phone conversations.

I recently purchased flights from Whatif. The flights were canceled and I was stuck overseas. Whatif gave me no warning the flights were canceled. Fine. But they offered no help or advice on getting new tickets or a refund or anything. Told me not their problem and call the airline.

I tried to contact you a number of times to refund my accommodation due to the restrictions initially placed on my trip and the event being cancelled due to Covid. I could not get through to you on the nominated telephone number and I didn’t get an email back for months. I still am none the wiser about what is going on with my requested refund. I would be reluctant to use your services again. Thanks

Hopeless never again

Gave no assistance when we required to cancel our booking, Even though we explained it was out of our hands & gave as much notice as possible they were not interested

shit – waste of my money

Given circumstances all other bookings offered me voucher so when COVID-19 over I could go to Zurich and stay at Crown Plaza. Never use wotif or crown again. All my other bookings gave me extensions to use accommodation. Stick with Accor next time.
