Cancelled booking in March due to Covid. It is now August and I am still waiting for my refund. Wotif have not passed my money to the hotel or refunded it. As a regular Wotif customer I find this appalling service.

I am still waiting for my refund due to the pandemic.I repeatedly requested this but you continually fobbed us off to the airline and the hotel booked. The money was paid to Wotif.The refund should come from Wotif.Still waiting

I have to say that I am very disappointed with the service received as due to Covid I like thousands of others had to cancel travel plans and annoyingly I am still waiting for a refund from Wotif despite having confirmation from my Hotel that they are happy to refund my money under these circumstances. Seriously that was nearly 6 months ago and should have been done by now. Not happy at all.

After trying to contact via phone and email to no effect after my seminar was cancelled because of Covid two days before my intended stay at the hotel, I had to use the hotel room as I assumed I would lose the money paid upfront although I didn’t need it. It was 6 months before they got back to me asking if I was going to use the room!! It was too little too late. I will have to pay for another room when the seminar is on again.
