I booked for the 29/30 Oct. it should have been 29/30 Sept.
This was my mistake.
when I contacted you guys, I got redirected to the hotel who said there was no refund on that room rate.
What a load shit.
These pricks were happy to take my money but when a problem occurred, TOO FUCKIN BAD!!
I had to drive another 60kms to stay and then drive 60mks back to the original town.
I know this will go to the dead letter office so I’m not expecting too much in return.
Terrible customer service at reception, parking a pain in the ass. Would recommend most other 4* hotels in Newcastle before this one.
September 20, 2020Unfortunately my booking requirements Circle on Cavill Towers were not as advertised. After booking and confirming what was to be a ocean view room was a mountain view. After speaking to the weekend contact (no reception office available) I was not compensated.
The tv was not working and the cleanliness of the room was poor. Tv was fixed, & I was not given instructions on parking directly. I was then advised by occupants staying in the hotel where to park and upon leaving found I was hit with a $20 parking bill. After phoning the weekend contact I was accused of unheard and out of line accusations from a man I had never met.
4hours later I was left with no choice but to pay and directed by hotel security to the correct parking bay. To date I have not been compensated for what I have initially paid for.
Fair to say, I won’t be staying again.
Their customer service is very poor.
September 15, 2020Pictures are nothing like the place in real time, barb wire on the fencing two guard dogs near reception, no water in pool, generally very unkempt.

August 27, 2020Rubbish! I was lead to believe I would “Book Now” “pay later” with free cancellation. Given COVID restrictions can be imposed anytime, I thought it was a safe way to go. However, the web page asked for CC details in order to secure the booking, for which I obliged. Then I discovered they took they entire amount from my CC leaving me short of money for the week. NOT HAPPY! I’m BLOODY angry… and I emailed support and NOBODY has got back to me!
