I haven’t received any notification through email or Text, about my reservation to Beachmere on 10 and 11/Dec from Wotfi.

Wotfi take money from my bank account straight away. I don’t understand why, because I have until 9/Dec to cancel this reservation.

Contact the costumer service , who couldn’t find me in Wotfi sistem (??).

With out etinerary number to give the customer services, their couldn’t help clarify why money already was tak from my bank account when I make reservations with cancellation period and haven’t received any confirmation details.

Try many time contact with costume services, whas helpless.

Very disappointed and want know cancel this booking and my money back.

Customer Service is a Joke, Due to Covid Restrictions early in the year was unable to attend our booking. WOTIF would not refund due to these circumstances, even though the hotel was willing to due to the pandemic. They would not refund even with over a weeks notice prior to the booking. Wait time on phones was for hours and no one could resolve the issue. One phone call I was hung up on as soon as I was connected to a real person after waiting for 2 hours. Will NEVER use WOTIF again and would not recommend them to anyone. Any other booking I have had with other companies were more than accommodating. Very disappointing.
