I haven’t received any notification through email or Text, about my reservation to Beachmere on 10 and 11/Dec from Wotfi.
Wotfi take money from my bank account straight away. I don’t understand why, because I have until 9/Dec to cancel this reservation.
Contact the costumer service , who couldn’t find me in Wotfi sistem (??).
With out etinerary number to give the customer services, their couldn’t help clarify why money already was tak from my bank account when I make reservations with cancellation period and haven’t received any confirmation details.
Try many time contact with costume services, whas helpless.
Very disappointed and want know cancel this booking and my money back.
