November 30, 2021Your website was so frustrating and didn’t allow us to make changes we needed to mske. No responses were able to be actioned. Absolutely discusted. So then phoned up and got through to a lady who was helpfull but then the line cut out from your end. Then had yo ting back and a man answered and he was on the unhelpful side and told me he couldn’t get through to the accommodation place. I rang them and they said they didn’t have any missed calls so he obviously didnt. He told me to ring him again in one hour but didnt want to go through all this hassel again. Needless to say i will never go through with Wotiff again. So unprofessional your website needs to be actioned so that people can make changes easily not be hasseled.
November 29, 2021No tv remote so couldn’t use tv entire stay,went crazy, hot water limited, dirty shower. Bad experience
November 28, 2021Clean the room, vacuum, without having to ask them & still not vacuumed the whole stay. There was no lounge as stated or bath as stated. Only 1 wine glass, toaster didn’t work. No portable stove or fry pan.

November 21, 2021The reception staff were fine and there was no problem with the booking. However the room was appalling- it was dirty and dusty. No toaster, 1 plate, 1 knife, 1 soap and this was supposedly an executive room. The hotel is old and in need of repairs and updating.
November 21, 2021Terrible. You have to get a worif account to even see your confirmation number. Then I had to download another app to get a contactless key for my hotel, which didn’t work. Very cumbersome process and super frustrating.
