If there’s no rooms available . Don’t advertise 2 rooms available and take ppls money

No feedback. I use you many times in the past but now I cannot lock in and you said you send me email to reset passwoord but no email from you

There where lots of marks and holes on the wall. I found a cockroach. unfortunately it did smell of alcohol and very musty, it was dirty.

I am in urgent need to be contacted ASAP. I have sent emails to 2 of your email address, one bounced back and did not get any reply from my other email. The phone number that you have on the website is disconnected. I can’t find another number. You sent me an email to let me know that I am not able to go to the hotel I booked because I do not have my 2 shots of vaccine. I need to be refunded ASAP.

Your customer service is pretty bad..

Coupon code was sent via email but there wasn’t any place to add the coupon code to redeem it when booking with link which was provided with the email.

We booked our apartment and payed but the booking was not done with place we payed for and there was no appartment for us .we had to ring motel ourselves and pay again not happy

rates not updated. In the end I was just asked by the property owner to cancel my booking becaus ethey need to charge me higher

Booked online with Credit Card details.
Got a phone call saying we had to check in in person and pay for the accommodation by 8.30pm.
We were attending a sporting event and spent an hour on the phone and internet during the event trying to cancel and rebook rooms as instructed by hotel staff.
Reluctant to cancel rooms as everything was booked out in the area.
Had 2 rooms booked. Cancelled 1.
Turned up and rang after hours number.
Had to wait while they checked for a clean room.
Had one room available so had to share a room.
Had booked 2 rooms to separate snoring men.
Can’t understand why payment couldn’t be made with credit card details given when booking was made.

Needed to change date and it was an absolute nightmare, will not use again
